Shipping policy

Processing Time All of our products are made to order. Please allow 1 business week for production before your order ships. We do our best to get your order out as quickly as possible.

Shipping Times Once shipped, delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping (US) We currently ship within the United States. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and destination.

Damaged or Defective Orders If your order arrives damaged or there is a print defect, please contact us at avscrafting@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will work with you to make it right.

Custom Orders Please note that custom vinyl rolls and personalized print orders are made specifically for you and cannot be canceled once production has begun. If you have any questions about your order, please reach out before placing it.
